The process started with a call from a recruiter based in London, that led to an interview with local management in Paris.
Between the first call with the recruiter and the interview in Paris I received many, many, calls from this recruiter who wanted to make sure I was OK for the interview - but had not much to tell me. I was feeling super ready at first but I received so many calls where I was asked if I was ready or needed to delay, or needed more information that I felt a little lost few days before the interview... (So many calls!!)
I felt the interview with management went well but received no updates at all from the company after it, classic reason why I felt a negative experience in this process.. Yext seems to be a well structured growing tech company but I just have to highlight the evidence of a classic fail of the recruitment processes: no news after interviews..

Interview
Overall the interview process consisted of a quick chat with a recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, after that I talked to the VP of the division, an optional chat with my direct team member (which I accepted) and after that I was questioned to give a panel presentation consisting of a presentation of my choice and 15 minutes presenting Yext products. They provided me a lot of content to chose from for the Yext part.
The internal recruiter and I kept in steady contact and after they have made up their mind, we talked about final conditions and the offer was made.

Went through around four interviews with a final presentation. Process was well structured and accommodating. Final presentation was on a Friday, and I received word that I was being hired early the next week. No complaints.
