Thank you for providing this valuable feedback. I am very sorry that you had a negative experience in our process, and I understand your frustrations. After receiving this feedback, we have made a few shifts to our process that we hope will ensure candidates have a consistently positive experience.
To make sure expectations are clear, we have adjusted the communication prior to the first interview letting candidates know to expect a standard resume walk through during the first interview with a member of our People team. I also understand it is extremely frustrating to not be able to continue the interview and meet with the hiring manager! This is a very rare occurrence and something we try very hard to avoid. We do feel it is very valuable to get candidates into the office early in the process, however to be more respectful of time spent we are now completing the HR screening portion of the interview via phone.
