Yotpo Manager, Customer Success interview questions

Comprehensive interview but well worth it! First round interview was with a Manager of CS and was very conversational. This was also the case for the in-person interview. Everyone was generally interested in why I wanted to work here, which helped put the interview at ease. The Assessment that was to be completed before coming on site really gives you insight into what the role could be like and if you would enjoy it, which I appreciated.

You initially have a screening with someone on the HR/People Team, given an assignment to complete prior to your on-site interview (about 3-3.5 hours) with 4-5 different members of the Customer Success and People Team, and then mock calls with the team. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming when going into the office. They really take the time to ask you questions about your experience, why you want to work for them, what you think you'd struggle with, and how you would react to situations based on your experience/personality. Some of the questions were basic (e.g. why do you want to work for us, what skills do you think are important for a CSM, etc.) but some I found to be a bit strange and caught me off-guard. I would say in general, it was a positive experience although I did not move onto the final round. The team members were really nice and seemed to care except maybe my last interview with one of them. Yotpo offers exciting products so I can imagine it would be great working for them since they have a collaborative office atmosphere.
