I had initially applied for the position in the beginning of April. A couple of weeks later, I received a call from the recruiter to set up a phone screening. After the screening, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Both interviews were very professional, with well thought out questions and the general atmosphere was not high pressured. I was invited to a third interview at their Minneapolis HQ and was flown out for the interview. Zeiss had a driver pick me up, whom was very professional. The interview consisted of different stages. The first was with the hiring manager, then with their technical support and support services managers, followed by an interview with another RSM and ended with a tour of their production floor. Unfortunately, I did not get an offer but the process was very professional and well executed. Everyone I spoke with had a very good attitude and looked to work well with their respective counterparts, which is a huge plus.
