The interview process went really well and got me excited about my career with such a significant organisation. Carl Zeiss business model is fascinating. I was introduced to the larger scale of ZEISS technology applications and to the range of product across all divisions. Then we discussed my CV and I was asked a number of competency based questions. We also discussed challenges of this role and opportunities.
