Applied for a role as Zeiss Vision UK. The initial interviews were good, no real problems. However they use a skills test online which has little value add to the process and should you not score high enough then your application is not progressed. The test consists of questions around percentages, and differences in shapes. (Nothing related to the role applied) There was nothing relating to behavioural questions.
The company unfortunately do not take into account any learning disabilities.

If you are not successful in the online test you will not progress in the process regardless of ability, experience or cultural fit.
