Interview
Video interview, after applying and they showed interest in offering a custom internship assignment. Then a video interview got arranged where my supervisor and me got introduced. Lastly they determined that I was a good fit for an assignment and I got told a week later that they would like to proceed.
It was quite easy. The first two rounds were a phone call interview. The last round is yet to be conducted. They are flexible and understanding. Support to the students is seen.
