Worst experience ever. The recruiting team is extremely unprofessional, slow and incapable of performing their duties properly. Feedback time is over a month and they congratulate for selection and then before the next interview is even scheduled they give a wrong rejection reason. Every time a new person is communicating via email and they have massive miscommunication among each other. They take candidates for granted and send invitation for interview one day or sometimes one hour before the interview. There is no regard for the candidates time and schedule. After confronting them for giving a wrong and baseless rejection reason, they apologized for that and gave another lame reason whereas just two days before they wanted to schedule the next interview. The most unprofessional recruiting experience I’ve ever had and feel lucky I understood the company culture before this moved any further.
