Interview
I applied through their website. I included my CV and cover letter. Received a first telephone interview with a HR recruiter in Germany. The next stage was another telephone interview the Engineering Manager at ZF. Prior to the face-to-face interview I was invited to complete psychometric tests which comprised of numerical and verbal reasoning. The final interview concentrated on how your background suits the role, so essentially whether you had a great knowledge of FEA, ease of manufacture and interpreting drawings. The engineering manager delved into what I had covered at university. Subsequently I had a graceful privilege of having brief tour around the area.
