3 hours in a room filled with answering riddles from the CEO. One question was "Are you married?", another was "What is your current debt level" - Two completely unethical questions to ask a prospective employee.
Initial interview was very lax, easy going, and the recruiter was very personable. After the initial screen you take a quantitative test plus another two rounds of interviews that are more technical
