ZL Technologies Marketing Associate interview questions

I had a first interview on campus with a current sales and marketing associate. Although he said ZL is a small company poised for rapid growth in the future, I don't see that happening with its product. The company has been in Silicon Valley for 13 years now, yet it still has not been progressing. From the looks of the marketing associate, he does not seem too happy there either. This dissatisfaction has been confirmed by other past employees here. Then I had the 1:1 interview with the CEO. There would be 40 second awkward silences in the room. He might be a nice person, but his mysterious personality made his company too hard to understand and I don't see any professional growth in the company. Probing questions about my family were also a part of the interview. So be prepared. There was also a math test during the interview.
