I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Zendesk in Feb 2020
Interview
3-part interview process. The recruiter cancelled my first interview 3 minutes before it was supposed to begin (I had taken the morning off work for it). The following interview was a call with the hiring manager and some role plays which was all fine. The following interview was in the office, for which they asked me to prepare 2 different presentations and a case study. It took days to prepare. After the interview, I didn't hear from them. I emailed a week later and followed up again a week after that, but was ghosted by the recruiter.
