I applied online and a few weeks later I received an email request for a phone interview. Questions were pretty standard for a screener: why zeno group, tell me about yourself, tell me about your previous position, etc. We talked a lot about my previous position and the dynamic at my company. At the end they said they would share my info with hiring team and reach out with potential next steps.
