I had an interview with the IT department. Most of my interview responses(9 out of 10) were reframed negatively. Self confidence was interpreted as not humble. I shared limited SEO tips due to confidentiality, but it was interpreted as not willing to share knowledge. Factually correct answers were dismissed or reframed as incorrect. Feedback on my interview answers was confusing, making it nearly impossible to provide an appropriate answer. I reached out to my Recruiter to withdraw my application, but I was informed that they did not proceed with my application.
