Started off with back to back phone interviews getting an overview of my experience and an idea of what role I could fill if given the position. After the the second phone interview, they brought me in to interview with different team members in the consumer pr and digital teams.

Give me a basic overview of a content calendar for a brand
The interview was a 3 step process. phone then 2 video calls and one simple assignment. Super quick and simple questions on why you applied and your previous experiences the interviews lasted about 30 mins, and the entire process took about 2-3 weeks.

Interview
It was a self recorded submission where they give a few questions and you answer them and send the video to them. After this then there are two rounds of interviews with two people each, one a senior associate level and the other a manager or director.
Video interview with ten questions, and a writing test. The whole interview process was maybe about a month. Sent the video in and heard back probably a month later. They offered in person or remote working
