First interview included general questions about my background, expectations, skills etc
The second Interview had fewer questions aimed at making me understand exactly what I would be expected to do. The questions were also aimed at ascertaining if I would be able to do that work properly. The interviewer was very articulate and seemed genuinely interested marrying the right talent to the job.

The interview was a 3 step process. phone then 2 video calls and one simple assignment. Super quick and simple questions on why you applied and your previous experiences the interviews lasted about 30 mins, and the entire process took about 2-3 weeks.

Interview
It was a self recorded submission where they give a few questions and you answer them and send the video to them. After this then there are two rounds of interviews with two people each, one a senior associate level and the other a manager or director.
Video interview with ten questions, and a writing test. The whole interview process was maybe about a month. Sent the video in and heard back probably a month later. They offered in person or remote working
