Interview
Casual process in which the interviewer took the time to know me and to understand my strengths and weaknesses. Process was more of a conversation rather than a Q&A. Had a writing test in the end which wasn't much to worry about as it was most probably an evaluation of basic proficiency.
The interview was a 3 step process. phone then 2 video calls and one simple assignment. Super quick and simple questions on why you applied and your previous experiences the interviews lasted about 30 mins, and the entire process took about 2-3 weeks.

Interview
It was a self recorded submission where they give a few questions and you answer them and send the video to them. After this then there are two rounds of interviews with two people each, one a senior associate level and the other a manager or director.
Video interview with ten questions, and a writing test. The whole interview process was maybe about a month. Sent the video in and heard back probably a month later. They offered in person or remote working
