Interviewed with 7 team members and took an assessment test. After waiting and following up, i got told 3 different times they would have an update by the EOW. I went to follow up again and was completely ghosted. Which is very frustrating given how well the interview process went. Even if it I wasn't a fit, a company should have the respect to let a candidate who showed such interest in their company, to let them know why they aren't a fit. It just very disrespectful given how accomodating I was when interviewing, you would think you would get an update.
