Attended interviews from December 2020 to March 2021. The HR asked me to do multiple writing tests to be submitted within an hour and 24 hours. She asked to do three separate interview calls over a few months. After requesting and receiving my references requests, she said they wanted to proceed and to wait for next steps. After a week or two, HR said that I needed to do a fourth call, and subsequently after two weeks she said that I was overqualified and that they'd changed the role description.
