The interview was relatively informative and casual, with most questions about work that I found valuable to share, which was nice because I didn't feel rushed. It also allowed me to share more about my skills outside of my resume, like what I did outside of school or work that taught me valuable life lessons or competencies. They also picked out something I mentioned in my resume and put me on the spot to elaborate on the work I contributed to a specific project, which was tricky but also presented the opportunity to talk about my work ethic.
