Interview
I first had to do an online proctored test. Once that was completed they sent an email to come to the plant for an interview. I was interviewed by 2 separate operations managers at different times. It was a one on one interview with both of them. We then did a plant tour and did a skills test. It was a long thorough process.

Interview
Long, thorough interview for a position with a low number of job offers. Be prepared to dedicate several hours to testing and interviewing if your time if you have any interest in working for them. Overall very professional, however, the interview is excruciatingly and unnecessarily long especially for a job with such menial responsibilities.
