      Poor management leading to high turnover. You are walking into major issues that they will not tell you about until you get comfortable. Then you will be doing enough work for two to three people and told to get it done. Each manager tells you something different that is a priority to them.

      Speaking for the Pasadena TX location .. lots of great people there, a lot of people in operations I miss. Definitely would have retired from here had I not moved on to something different in my life. I don’t miss the job, I miss the people.

      Cons

      I’m sure if I thought long enough, I’d think of something to complain about… but no really, you just have to make the best of it. I’ve done worse for a lot less money.
