After being messaged on LinkedIn, I was scheduled to make a prerecorded Spark Hire interview. I was asked 5 prerecorded questions, then I had to record my answers. This seemed very impersonal. All 5 questions were behavioral and had nothing to do with the position. Following that, a Zoom interview with a recruiter and supervisor. The recruiter worked for the company for only 1 year. The supervisor had worked for the company for 2 years. They asked two of the same questions that were asked during the initial Sparkhire interview, which seemed to be a waste of time.
