Thank you for the feedback on your interview process. We greatly appreciate all of the time that you spent on your application and interviews. Our recruitment and interview process is rigorous in order to identify candidates who would be the best fit for our culture and organization (and also for our candidates to rigorously interview us back to understand if we are a fit for them as well). We understand that it can be time-consuming for candidates. Like other organizations, the current pandemic situation has required us to adapt and reassess, which affected the timing of our process during the past two months. Thank you for your expressions of belief in our organization. We do hold high expectations of ourselves and of our students and families, which includes being present and ready to learn each and every morning. We promise to our families to ensure every child crosses the academic finish line, and we can only do that if children are in school every day and on time; we see it as an equity issue to expect anything less—and kids and families can do it! We are always looking to improve every part of our process, so we appreciate and welcome the feedback!
