HR calls you in for a brief interview if you pass that then you go in for an interview in person. You speak with 3 different people from the team. The position itself is entry level and the pay is low yet they require you to have all the experience and knowledge in the world. They repeat themselves by saying pretty much that only workaholics work there. I've met very nice people in there in the process but mostly not so much. I have never heard back whether yes or no from the HR after my in person interviews which reflects on the company's culture in my opinion.

Question 1
Why Zimmerman? How your experience matches the role?
A lot of standard questions.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zimmerman Advertising (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Apr 2024
Interview
During my two interviews, I felt completely undervalued, as neither interviewer turned on their camera. This lack of engagement made the experience feel impersonal, dismissive, and as though my time and effort didn’t matter.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zimmerman Advertising
Interview
The interview process was over teams, and it was very relaxed and informal. The head of the department interviewed me, and it was the first time someone actually read my entire resume and asked about my hobbies.

what experience do you have with creating campaigns?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zimmerman Advertising (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Dec 2019

Extensive interview with each supervisor, one by one. Took about 2-3 hours, but every single one of them was so warm and welcoming. They seem to really foster a nice little familial community over there.
