Initial Screening on background and experience Technical Questions Manager and Behavioral Example Write a SQL statement to CROSS JOIN 'table_1' with 'table_2' and fetch 'col_1' from table_1 & 'col_2' from table_2 respectively.
The entire process took around three months. One of the most time-consuming parts was a case study that I had to prepare and present to the team. I didn’t feel that the people involved were trying to present themselves properly as a team. I was asked many challenging questions and felt like I was in a competition rather than a collaborative discussion. I also didn’t really get the opportunity to understand how they work together. They seemed more like a group of individual experts than a cohesive team. In the end, I received a generic refusal without any explanation of what was lacking or what they were looking for.

The interview process starts with phone interviews then moves to in person or zoom interviews. Met with several managers who all asked difficult Targeted Selection (STAR) questions. Study your past actions and prepare well.
