Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult colleague. What was the situation and how did you handle it?
The entire process took around three months. One of the most time-consuming parts was a case study that I had to prepare and present to the team. I didn’t feel that the people involved were trying to present themselves properly as a team. I was asked many challenging questions and felt like I was in a competition rather than a collaborative discussion. I also didn’t really get the opportunity to understand how they work together. They seemed more like a group of individual experts than a cohesive team. In the end, I received a generic refusal without any explanation of what was lacking or what they were looking for.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Zoetis (Parsippany, NJ) in Nov 2021
