ZoomCare interview questions

I interviewed 6 times with multiple people. Company CEO Dave Sanders was present for 3 of the 6 interviews. My first interview was with a recruiter over the phone. The 2nd interview was with someone I would potentially be managing and my potential manager. The 3rd interview was an interview with CEO and my potential manager. The 4th interview was with CEO and future manager as well as a future peer partner and subordinate. The 5th interview was with my future manager and then coffee with CEO to get to know me on more of a personal note. The 6th interview was a panel interview with my future team of 4 managers. The last step was the offer, which was given to me over the phone followed by a background and drug screen check.

I was called by a recruiter within ZoomCare and had a phone interview (30m) followed by an in-person interview (about 1 hour). The manager that I met with for both interviews was the same person and though they were very friendly, was obviously selling the "kool-aid" of the company. While I decided to decline the offer (based on the pay v. workload and research on glassdoor), I think that the company might be having a hard time keeping people in this position due to the pay and high level of responsibility given to people with little to no healthcare experience. Just a guess though, since I haven't actually worked there.
