I only met with a recruiter over the phone for fifteen minutes. The recruiter passed me on to a team member. The next interview would have been with the hiring manager and finally with the final decision maker.

Took a few weeks as this is an upcoming facility here in South Florida
I spoke with the recruiters for the initial interview and then was able to receive a zoom interview.
Within the same week of that zoom call I received my next interview which was the driver test.
The recruiters were great with communication and giving me consistent heads up about what I should be expecting.

Interview
Generally unprofessional interview and their recruiting team needs work. I applied for this job over a month ago and was just reached out to. The sourcer/recruiter sounded distracted throughout the interview and immediately stopped the interview when they stated I needed experience managing 5+ or more people as it's a "new role" and it was a requirement from the hiring manager. In the job description, it says "3 years management experience". The sourcer/recruiter then asked what HRIS experience systems I have. I have "implemented Workday twice" in my resume and listed every HRIS system I've used. She responded saying, "Oh, that's good, we use Workday here so it's a requirement and it wasn't in your resume." Why are you going to waste my time like this? Learn to write the job description accurately (especially if it's a new role), use knockout questions and read a resume. This was not an acceptable phone screen.
