Lots of communication around the process.
Interviews were setup and managed easily. No one cancelled or rescheduled.
Simple to follow and understand what the next steps were.
Was able to speak to a variety of leaders. Several top execs and sales leaders whom I would potentially be supporting. This was an excellent approach, as I was not only able to begin speaking with the leadership team, but start the foundation of a working relationship.

Interview
Hiring manager and interviewers very professional. The recruiter when offering the job did not hesitate to say there were other candidates if I did not accept it. Because I tried to negotiated and the hiring manager was favorable, he influenced negatively just because he was upset with the negotiation. This is a red flag when a company is intransigent and think they are unique and people has to accept their terms without negotiate.

Pannel Interview with 3 people present and 3 people remote. Presented from an inetrview template that was provided by the company. The people were friendlyand the environment was very comfortable. The questions were direct and reasonable. Pretty low pressure interview.
