straightforward process, nothing challenging if you are experienced in this type of role, they had good insightful questions, made some slides, met with a number of levels of people, discussed building, leading teams, etc
Terrible experience overall. Recruiter wasn't professional and responsive. I have appeared for a few interviews with organizations of various scale, but this wasn't appeasing at all. I read a lot of similar views on Glassdoor, even some rough comments on the culture in APAC. After 2 rounds, I knew this isn't the place for me to grow, learn and contribute

Professional experience summary, some situational questions too
Time invested in taking interviews is not appreciated or respected. After several interview rounds, the recruiter never got back to me ever again.. Not even a generic email.
Also, apparently the interview rounds were supposed to check for "personal fit". Yet not a single question was asked about "personality". It seemed more like they were looking for a functioning machine.
