      Sales Executive Interview

      Jun 23, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Concord, MA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at aPriori (Concord, MA) in Apr 2022

      Interview

I went through a rigorous interview process with aPrioro in Concord, MA a few months ago. This included 6 different phone/zoom calls with one being a 30 minute presentation in front of about 10 different managers/executives. On the final call, I was informed that they had to "put a pause on the hiring process" and they "couldn't onboard any new employees at the moment due to budgeting issues." Then why put up a job post?! I was also told that they would most likely be looking to bring on employees at the end of May into June 2022 but would circle back with me after talking with everyone. I was also directed to complete an assessment which took about a half hour AFTER the 30 minute presentation, which I did. I emailed a couple weeks later only to be ignored, couldn't even have the decency to give me a definitive answer. I wasted many hours putting together a presentation and interviewing, never once have I encountered this in ANY interview process and I am a terrific interviewer; so much so that I made it to the last interview only to be told this. If I were to lose to a better candidate totally fine, but to do this to someone who had wasted a month interviewing is ridiculous. To everyone interviewing with them, currently or in the future, BEWARE! You're most likely wasting your time.
