I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at aPriori (Concord, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Interview with 3 VP's of sales. One at a time via zoom. Role was Sales Director, basically "Sales Executive' is "Sales Director" at aPriori. In 5 years everyone will be sales Emperors if the trend continues.
I did not get a good feeling 2 of the VP's really understand what makes an A sales person and so instead they go off of your resume history (not results) and make a bunch of guesses without verbalizing concerns.
Several negative comments on their own sales force was a turnoff.
Seem to be screening poor performers based off of past poor mistakes vs trying to find top performers.
Unresponsive to follow-up emails. Did not follow original planned process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe value position of last role. Describe how you quantified value for customer. Explain why you didn't stay at the same company for 50 years. Since they don't understand what makes a good sales person they want to see you have a long history somewhere to indicate you were valuable to someone else.
Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback. We are sorry that your interview with aPriori did not meet your expectations. aPriori prides ourselves on a strong employee oriented culture and regret that culture did not come across during your interview process. I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at aPriori (Oxford, England) in Mar 2020
Interview
The interview process started with an hiring manager phone screen, then onsite interviews were scheduled. Then COVID-19 lockdowns started in Massachusetts. The onsite interviews were moved to phone interviews including 5 interviews with managers and a VP. Since I was in the UK at the time and the UK was not locked down as early, a face-to-face interview was arranged.

The HR was quite organized and responsive. The interview process was very standard and straightforward. There was only a minor change of procedure during the interview due to the corporate meeting.
