I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at alliantgroup, LP (Houston, TX) in Sep 2012
Interview
I interviewed with the company on three separate occasions, including one telephone interview, over the course of an entire month. The turnover is quite high, and I think they put you to the test to see if you really will be able to make it longer than 90 days. A girl who started the same day as me was let go within three weeks of the date she started. Be bubbly and brilliant and extremely vivacious and you will do fine.
