Very quick process - interviewed with recruiting coordinator and then HR Director. Painted a beautiful picture, which can be tricky if you are inexperienced and do not ask probing questions.

Phone call with questions regarding what I currently do and how I may best suit the job at Alliant. Lady was very nice and asked me questions outside of interview questions as well. Very upfront about the company and how they work as a whole.

Interview
I interviewed with the company on three separate occasions, including one telephone interview, over the course of an entire month. The turnover is quite high, and I think they put you to the test to see if you really will be able to make it longer than 90 days. A girl who started the same day as me was let go within three weeks of the date she started. Be bubbly and brilliant and extremely vivacious and you will do fine.
