The process took 1 week. I interviewed at alliantgroup, LP (Houston, TX) in May 2011
Interview
Got the call and asked if I can come in that week itself for an interview. I got there and had to fill out an amazing 20 page (approximately) application form in which the last part was an essay question! After that first interview with the HR, I was invited back for another interview with the Director which I thought went great. Then the director sent in couple of people that works there. The first guy asked me about my technical skills. 2nd person who was a female was more nervous than me. The director randomly picked two people to talk to me, it seemed like. Anyways, after the interview I called the HR and HR told me I didn't have the technical experience they were looking for.
Initial interview was ~ 15 min and an introduction. Second interview was informational and more about the employee. Pretty easy and streamline process. Recruiter was responsive and helpful throughout the process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
why did you leave your old job & why are you leaving current one
The interview process was 4 rounds. Final round was in person in Houston. Final round seemed unreasonable since they gave me a case study and asked me questions that seemed impossible to expect a 21 year old college senior to know. Did not get the job but it was for the best.

Interview
A one way video interview that asked typical interview questions and you had 1 minute to film a video with your response. You got one or two tries to film your responses and they didn't give you a whole lot of time to brainstorm your answers but most of the questions are fairly generic. They also required that you relocate to Houston if you got the job.
