Many of the behavioral questions were similar (i.e. along the lines of tell you how you improved a process). The math question is straight forward as others have posted.

The story problem was 15 minutes long, and moderately challenging. If you're good at math and operationally experienced, it shouldn't be hard.

There is also a math problem solving question that you have to answer. They give you 15 minutes to figure it out then you have to discuss it with one of the interviewers.
How do you motivate people? Explain a time you dealt with a difficult employee. Explain a time that you increased productivity.
Name a time that you failed
They were all pretty straight forward. No trick questions.
Why Amazon? A simple question but is by far the most important.
I was asked 2 behavioral questions and 1 easy math question. The behavioral questions focus on team situations and creative thinking. Try to quantify your past experience/results as much as possible. Recruiter seemed very annoyed and stern and left a bad impression.
Why Amazon? Tell me about a time when you were leading a group, were assigned a goal, and did not reach it? In your past experiences, tell me about your worst employee and best employee. How do you motivate yourself? Explain a time when you messed up. Give an example of a time when you found a simple solution to a seemingly difficult problem. Describe a time when you did something unexpected to solve a problem.
