bp Learning and Development Coordinator interview questions

After applying was called in for a face to face competency based interview. Didn't know which content would be covered but paid special attention to their values. Was offered a contract position but after not hearing from them was told by another employee that the company was fazing out contractor roles. Still haven't heard from company HR team to this day with an explanation.
