They asked a lot of standard questions. They did ask me to provide an example of a time when a supervisor's management style showed what I liked out of supervision, and an example from a time that showed what I didn't like, which threw me a little.

There where some questions like "if a client where to ask or offer you money what would you do?" or give you a scenario of being in the community with a client who was being extremely inappropriate and asking what you would do.
