The interview flowed like a conversation there was no hard question or easy question we talked.
The most unexpected question was; what my hobbies are? I had prepared to answer questions about my previous employment; my strengths and weakness etc. so it caught me off guard.
The most difficult piece of the process for me was the sample case scenario I was asked to write how I would handle the situation. Having no actual experience working with elders and not having any firsthand experience with available resources I wasn't confident about my response. It was helpful that that was the last piece of the process so I wasn't subjected to a critique.
