Previous work history, why i left previous jobs, if a employer would ever say I’ve beeb late/ called out if they called them as a reference, was i okay with staring annual pay, and if i was okay with the fact that they we a 24/7 365 day of the year company.
I don't recall specific questions, but I do recall a ridiculously long "mock work" assessment over video chat with some recruiter watching my every move in silence. If this is how they expect people to excel, their work environment must be incredibly toxic.
