There were general questions about my resume and clarifications on my availability. There was more sharing of my work experiences and life in Toronto itself versus any specific sales questions. It was very pleasant. I also received a strong sales pitch about the product. When I asked about the job itself there was very little information provided about the sales process and I would be informed in due course by the team leader. She was very evasive on this aspect which is the key to the job. After asking about payment was told it was based on production and I can make 1000 dollars a week if I cut 2-3 deals weekly which seemed highly unlikely initially. I was told that a decision will be made in a few days once the higher-ups are consulted. I received insights of the job from glassdoor and if I had not done this research I would have no clue what job was about. Really not for me.
