I can't tell interviewers the right answers, but I can say how I did, and my results. 7/10 on the logic test, and for the personality test (which was vague and kind of BS. 8 in agreeableness, 6 for conscientiousness, 5 for extraversion (I work equally well in a team as I do individually - in hindsight bad answer, seems like they only want people who do keg stands), 7 for emotional stability, and 6 for openness to experience). I answered most questions honestly. Some were ambiguous, like how strongly do I agree with the statement "I carry the conversation to a higher level." Like wtf are they really asking? Higher level like zoomed out, more general with fewer specifics? Higher level like more advanced and complex? Are they asking if I control conversations and bring them to different places, and if so is that irrespective of the context or goal of the conversation? Just a ton of super weird questions where you don't actually know what they're asking. Again, I have no clue what they hope they're looking for. I can tell you how I answered, and that those answers were incorrect. If you really need to apply here, then good luck.
