Round 1: If the meta recruiter picks up you resume AND gives you a call - Congrats! You made it thru over the thousands of others. Round 2: You meet your first peer.(or teammate) I am a technical CSM so I got asked some technical questions (e.g. explain cloud techology, rest APIs, data encryption etc) nothing too crazy and no trick questions or coding required. Once you complete 2nd round and they find you worthly - congrats (again!) You have unlocked the next 5 rounds! woohoo! Everyone (in my role) must go thru the 5 rounds or called the "on-site - full loops" although technically it was held thru zoom.... hmmm..... In any case... Round 3: Hiring manager haves a chat with you. Find out more about you (professionally of course), your working style, problem solving thought process. "STAR" method is your friend here Round 4: As a CSM I need to make pitches to my prospects and clients so they gave me a business scenario and I had to cook up the slides and the presentation content to covince them. (You will get the topics and time to prep at least 7 working days before this) Round 5: Meet your cross functional team mate. To be successful we need to play and work well with others to be successful in this role.. could be someone from legal, engineering, marketing so depends on the dice you get to chat and be assessed by one of them. Round 6: Your sales team caught a new whale, whoopiedoo. Now you need to run a workshop to gather their requirements, how will you do it? (You will get the topics and time to prep at least 7 working days before this) Round 7: the "Customer" is unhappy! Sh!t has hit the fan, what should you do? Well as the CSM you need to jump in onto this situational call and try to 'calm' the customer. (You will get the topics and time to prep at least 7 working days before this) If you made it this far, give yourself a pat on the back. You deserved it :)

At the start of the interview, the first thing he told me about this job was - "this is the easiest role for me to fill. This role is very straight forward. Its the same job you've been doing since (checks my linkedin and references a year I started at one of my jobs). There is nothing special about it. "
