Three step interview process between recruiting to hiring manager. Recruiter, sales Mgr or multiple sales Mgrs before hire. Background and lic will be evaluated prior as well. If hired opportunity for lic will be offered based on performance.

Overall wonderful experience! I don’t think I’ve ever spoke to a recruiter who genuinely cares about the mission of the company as much as this lady did. You could tell she was incredibly passionate about her job and was just genuinely kind. Such a breath of fresh air during all of this COVID madness.
Anyways, Recruiter contacted me via phone roughly 4 days after submitting application through LinkedIn. 30 minute screening outlining job duties. Asked typical questions about job history, my day to day, etc. Once passing this, a second e-interview was set up with the site director of the location.
2nd interview via Teams was pretty standard in terms of questions. Tell me about a time you had a struggle on the job, tell me your successes, etc. What I found fascinating was how our conversation turned into one about overall workplace culture. I get the jist they are very selective in terms of a personality fit more so than anything. It was very nice just connecting more so than being drilled about my experience.
The next day, I was offered the position and had a 30 minute offer call with the recruiter.
