Age Discrimination - 40+ need not apply. The first series of questions were designed to determine my age. This is a niche industry so I know who is out there. Although I am 100% qualified and the best candidate for the position, I am fully convinced I was not selected because of my age. Unprofessional - No courtesy communications after the interview. I asked for feedback and have not received even a "thanks but no thanks".
