ecobee Product Manager, Software Services interview questions

I had a very bad experience with ecobee. I applied online. A couple of weeks later, I was contacted by their HR Rep asking me to submit my availability for a 30 min phone interview. I submitted my availability for a Friday at 11:30 AM. The Friday came and the HR Rep did not call me. At 11:37, I received an email from her stating that she was looking forward to interviewing me but she is stuck in another meeting that is going longer. I replied immediately that I'm available all day Friday. After that, she never got back to me despite the fact that I reminded her a week later.
