Executive Assistant Interview Questions
Like administrative assistants, executive assistants must demonstrate exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Executives are looking for candidates with impeccable written and oral abilities who can manage typical administrative software. Expect interviewers to ask how you would handle a variety of difficult situations, such as prioritizing multiple deadlines, working well in groups, and defusing irate people.

The face to face interview lasted about an hour. I was asked about personal strengths, situational behaviour etc. Reasonable questions and some more personal (However, I do not know if I should have answered them then). I find it negative to try to stress out your interviewee and not treat them as an equal person that you need for a win-win situation.
Question: About situational strengths. (2 or 3 questions)
