I applied online. I interviewed at ezCater (Paris) in Oct 2019
Interview
However, the interview at GoCater was an absolute negative highlight of my 10-year career as a Ruby developer. During it, I have been lied to and manipulated on several occasions. The most unacceptable part is that I've agreed with a GoCater representative that they would pay for my train tickets back from Paris where the interview took place, but they decided not to do reimburse it when it turned out that do not give the offer. This is egregious and petty behavior in a professional world.
Phone screen, meet with hiring manager and do live coding exercises, 4 hour panel with two technical sessions and 2 non technical/conversational. The crew I met were great and really diverse. Definitely made me feel welcome.
I didn't get passed the recruiter screen. This rarely happens to me and I have no idea what I said wrong. The recruiter seemed kind of irritated or disgusted after a while. I answered all her questions and fit the role well. The job listing is still up months later.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ezCater (Boston, MA) in Nov 2022
Interview
30 minute screening, 1 hour technical, and then 4 more interviews as part of the "last round" that were a mix of technical and behavioral. Cultural questions for the final round were provided ahead of time.

Question 1
There was an in-framework debugging problem, and a database design problem. Non-technical portions required being able to discuss prior experiences, both in the standard behavior sense ("how did you handle X situation?") as well as from a technical perspective ("why would you implement Y in this specific way?")
