There were really no direct questions at all. The interviewer did not seem to know what to ask me or have knowledge regarding this position.

None of the questions were exceptionally hard -- they were pretty straight forward. That isn't to say that they were easy either -- they did require thought.

most of the question were very generic HR questions. About work experience, managing people, biggest problem etc.
